Welcome to Prime Shine Marketing. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

We provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to, paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, and appointment booking systems. The scope of work will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information required for campaigns.

Ensure compliance with advertising policies (Meta, Google, etc.).

Obtain necessary rights to use any content provided to us (logos, images, testimonials, etc.).

3. Payment Terms

Fees and billing schedules will be detailed in the service agreement.

Payments are due as agreed; late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Performance Disclaimer

We strive to deliver results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., number of leads, sales, or revenue). Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets developed by us remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership rights for delivered assets transfer to the client, except for third-party software or tools.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in dispute.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (as outlined in the service contract). Outstanding payments remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
